As such, the proposed would be contrary to Policies G2, D1 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan, Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy, the advice in the South Oxfordshire Design Guide and Government guidance in the National Planning Policy Framework.
