Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, H4391/SLP/01, H4391/SMS/01, PE-001, OPI-001 and H4391/LP/01A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

This permission shall be for a limited period of 3 years from the date of the first use of the marketing suite or until the sale of the final property within the phase to which the advertising relates, whichever shall first occur. After such time the use as a marketing suite shall cease and external signage associated with the marketing suite shall be removed. Reason: The use of the site for the permanent display of advertisements would be detrimental to the visual amenities of the area in accordance with saved Policy AD1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
