Prior to the occupation of the flat hereby permitted, a detailed specification of the filtration and fume extraction equipment and external ducts and flues for Unit 2A Green Lane shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved equipment shall be installed prior to the occupation of the flat, and shall be retained and maintained in good working order thereafter, or for as long as Unit 2A remains in Use Class A5 use or any other use requiring extraction equipment.
