Notwithstanding the provisions of Class A of Part 1 Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or the equivalent provisions of any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), there shall be no extension to the dwellings hereby permitted on the following plots without the prior grant of planning permission:-
Plots 43, 44, 47, 48, 49, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 78, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 93, 94, 95, 122, 123, 127, 128 and 129.
Reason: To ensure the Local Planning Authority retains control over any future development as specified in the condition in the interests of amenity in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Class A of Part 2 Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or the equivalent provisions of any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), no fences, walls, gates or other means of enclosure, other than those shown on the approved drawings, shall be erected in advance of any wall of a plots 1-4, 5-39, 148-154, 118-121, 97-100, 72-78 and 46-56 (including a side or rear wall) which faces a highway (including a footpath or bridleway) without the prior grant of planning permission.
