Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 628-3, 628-4, 628-7, 628-1, 628-13, 628-14B, 628-17, 628-18, 628-20, 628-2A, 628-5A, 628-6A, 628-12A, 628-15B, 628-16B, 628-16B/T and 628-11C, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of works, details of the location and specification for heating systems to office spaces shall be provided and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies Con 2 and Con 3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policy CSEN3 of the adopted Core Strategy.

Details of new opening treatments into the stable building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies Con 2 and Con 3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Detailed sections showing inserted insulation methods and materials shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. ( This should be breathable and compatible with historic materials wherever possible.) Reason:To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies Con 2 and Con 3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policy CSEN3 of the adopted Core Strategy.

Joinery details for the new glazed screens and door for the coach-house and revised joinery details for the new window in the north range shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies Con 2 and Con 3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policy CSEN3 of the adopted Core Strategy.

A detailed schedule of repairs to the exterior of the buildings shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies Con 2 and Con 3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policy CSEN3 of the adopted Core Strategy.
