Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 12/2152/01 A, BR0028 C and BR0029 C, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P12/S0751/DIS

This permission shall expire after a period of 3 years from the date hereof, and the building(s) hereby permitted and all associated materials shall be removed from the land prior to the expiry of this permission. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2, D1 and E3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Additional cycle parking facilities shall be provided, in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, prior to the occupation of development. The cycle parking shall be implemented as approved and incorporated within any future Travel Plan for the site. Reason: To encourage the use of cycles as a means of transport in accordance with Policies G2, E3 and T2 and Appendix 5 (Parking Standards) of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The development shall be carried out in all respects in accordance with the submitted Arboricultural Method Statement by Heritage Tree Services. Tree protection measures shall be installed prior to any on site works and retained for the duration of construction. Prior to the removal of the portakabins, a further Arboricultural Method Statement dealing with their removal shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the removal process shall take place in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In order to safeguard important trees in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2, C9, D1 and E3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
