Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The proposed ram-raid bollards would have a detrimental impact upon the character and appearance of the street scene and would be visually intrusive within the surrounding area. Furthermore the location of the bollards would have a detrimental impact upon pedestrian movements. The proposal is contrary to Policies G2, G6, D1, T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (SOLP).
