That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, NHG-2014-TF-12-03, NHG-2014-TF-06-02, NHG-2014-TF-03-00, NHG-2014-TF-02-00, NHG-2014-TF-04-03, NHG-2014-TF-07-01, PE 001, NHG-2014-TF-14-02, NHG-2014-TF-15_00, NHG-2014-TF-08-06, NHG-2014-TF-13-02, NHG-2014-TF-09-03, NHG-2014-TF-05-05, Door & Window Information, Store Room - Roof Lights, 22GB/EBN A and PWVS/JAMB/EBN A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Prior to the commencement of the extension and conservatory hereby approved, samples of the materials to be used for the external walls of the extension and the plinth wall of the conservatory shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. That the works hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of the external doors and windows of the extension and conservatory hereby permitted have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
