Conditions / Refusal Reasons That, having regard to the excessive depth of the extension immediately adjacent to the boundary and ground floor window of the adjoining 33 Roebuck Court the proposed extension would result in a significantly harmful overbearing and oppressive form of development that would detract from the amenities of the occupiers of that property contrary to Policy G2, G6 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and advice set out in the approved South Oxfordshire Design Guide 2008.
