That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in application R3.0145/10 as shown on plan numbers drawing 1, drawing 2, drawing 302009/03 & drawing 302009/04 accompanying the application except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That at the expiration of a period ending on the 30/11/2015 the buildings be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development (G2: SOLP2011)

Within 6 months of the date of this permission the temporary buildings shall be repainted in accordance with a scheme to be agreed by the Head of Sustainable Development and that the temporary buildings shall be properly maintained for the duration of this permission. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity (CON7:SOLP2011)
