The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P10/W0832/DIS

Prior to the commencement of works samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted at scales of 1:5 and 1:20 to the Local Planning Authority and approved in writing. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to accord with Policies D1 and CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

The rooflights should be conservation type and fitted flush with the roof structure. Reason: To safeguard the character of the listed building in accordance with Policies D1 and CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Related application(s): P10/W0410/DIS

Prior to the commencement of works, details of the internal wall finishes to the currently external wall of the original building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
