Conditions / Refusal Reasons That, having regard to the height and depth of the extension relative to the adjoining property, the proposal would result in an oppressive and overbearing form of development which would restrict sunlight and detract from the residential amenity of occupiers of the adjoining property at 142 Queensway, contrary to Policies D4 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and section 6 of the South Oxfordshire Design Guide 2008.
