The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That all new windows and doors shall be of traditional timber construction. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. No development shall take place until written approval has been given by the local planning authority to a sample panel of the matching stone work to be used in the development. The sample panel shall be erected on the site of the development and retained until development is completed, and the panel shall thereafter be removed from the site. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. That the materials to be used for the roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. That the new roof lights on the eastern roof slope shall be conservation style and set flush with the roof. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. |
