The car sales activity hereby permitted shall be restricted to the hours of 8 am - 6 pm Monday to Saturday. No car sales activity shall be undertaken on Sundays or on Public Holidays.
Reason: To safeguard the amenity of neighbouring residents in accordance with Policies G2, EP2, E5 and E8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The display or sale of vehicles by Oxford Autosports shall not take place on any part of the site except strictly as shown on the approved plans.
Reason: To safeguard the amenities of nearby residents and the area generally and to ensure the proposed development does not have any detrimental impact on highway safety in accordance with Policies G2, E5, T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
