The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The hours of operation for the development hereby approved shall be between 8am and 6pm on Monday to Saturday. No work shall be undertaken on Sundays and Public Holidays. Reason: To safeguard the amenity of neighbouring residents in accordance with Policy EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. No more than 2 dogs, not owned by the business operator, shall be allowed on the premises at any one time. Reason: To safeguard the amenity of neighbouring residents in accordance with Policy EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. All dogs on the premises for grooming shall be kept inside whilst on the premises, except for access to and egress from the premises.
