Conditions / Refusal Reasons That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That within six months of cessation of their use for telecommunications purposes any equipment including the extended mast shall be removed from the site. Written notice shall be given to the Local Planning Authority within one month of the cessation of use of any equipment. Reason: In order to avoid the proliferation of masts in this area and to safeguard the character of the area and in accordance with Policies G2, C2 and TE1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the materials to be used in the finishes of the extended mast and dish housings shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing mast. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and in accordance with Policy G2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
