Conditions / Refusal Reasons That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That prior to commencement of works, details of a landscaping scheme around the proposed compound shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the approved scheme shall be implemented during the first planting season following the commencement of work. Reason: To protect the character of the local landscape in accordance with Policies TE1 and C1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the proposed replacement mast and associated equipment shall be finished in holly green and retained as such. Reason: To protect the character of the local landscape in accordance with Policies TE1 and C1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the equipment be removed within 3 months if no longer required for telecommunications purposes. Reason: To protect the character of the local landscape in accordance with Policies TE1 and C1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That prior to the installation of the proposed mast, the existing mast as permitted as part of application P04/E0088/TG and any existing associated equipment not included as part of this proposal shall be permanently removed from the site. Reason: To protect the character of the local landscape in accordance with Policies TE1 and C1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
