Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That, prior to the first occupation of the development hereby permitted the Garden Gym shown on the block plan to be demolished shall be demolished, and materials removed from the site. Reason:To safeguard the character of the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in accordance with Policy C2 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
