Rubbish tips
You can get rid of household rubbish at one of the waste recycling centres (rubbish tips) provided by Oxfordshire County Council.
Oakley Wood is the recycling centre in South Oxfordshire and has now re-opened. The centre is signposted off the A4130 Nettlebed road 1.5, miles east of Wallingford. View a map of Oakley Wood

Opening hours
Monday to Sunday - 8am to 5pm
Thursday late night opening until 8pm, from 1 April to 30 September
The recycling centres accept a wide range of household recyclables and waste for landfill for no charge, except tyres and DIY waste.
