Furniture re-use

Pass on your unwanted furniture to those who need it.

If you have unwanted furniture that can be re-used, there are charitable organisations in the local area you can donate it to.

The Oxfordshire Council for Voluntary Action (OCVA) furniture project is a local charity that collects good, unwanted furniture for re-distribution to those in need in the local area. Visit the OCVA's furniture re-use website for more information.

You can also find out more information on how to re-use furniture from Freecycle, a not for profit organisation that helps people swop furniture.

If your furniture is no longer of a useable quality, you can take it to your nearest waste recycling centre or go to the bulky waste page to arrange for us to collect it.
