You can buy a home composter and compost your waste at home. The Council has negotiated a deal with Straights to allow residents to buy reduced price composters from the manufacturer at a cost of £18.50 for a 220 litre bin or £21.50 for a 330 litre bin (includes £5 delivery cost).
