Declaration of interests

All 48 district councillors have made a written declaration agreeing to abide by the councillors' code of conduct.

The code requires all councillors to declare certain interests when they become a councillor and to declare any changes to these interests within 28 days. These interests include the name of their employer, details of any land or property owned in the district and interests in companies.

Councillors must also declare any gifts or hospitality over £25 in value which they receive in their role as councillors.
