Out of hours

The Council's emergency helpline on 01491 824033 is available after office hours to report a noise nuisance, dangerous structure, flooding, a dead animal on the highway or a homeless issue.

Please let us know if you have moved house, changed your name, or have other changes in your circumstances.

Textphone for deaf and hard of hearing customers

If you have a text phone you can call us by using the Typetalk service. Use your text phone and dial 18001 followed by the area code for Wallingford (01491) and then the number at the Council you need to call. This is all you need to do, but more detailed instructions are available on the Typetalk website.

We also have a minicom text-phone system available in reception at the council office for use during your visit.
