Council and democracy

Listen to this website with Browsealoud

Browsealoud icon

You can now listen to the Council’s website using Browsealoud, a free tool that reads web pages to you and highlights words as it reads them. Many other websites offer this facility, including Google and the BBC.

By offering this service we aim to help people with:

  • Low literacy and reading skills
  • English as a second language
  • Dyslexia
  • Mild visual impairments

It does not replace other screen readers.
