How to apply for a bus pass

You will need to send one recent passport-size photograph and a photocopy of the relevant evidence.

Your bus pass will normally be posted to you within 10 working days.

How to apply for travel tokens

You need to complete an application form to claim for travel tokens.

You will need to send a photocopy of the relevant evidence.

The tokens will be sent by 2nd class recorded delivery and you will need to sign for them when they are delivered. Please note: tokens are despatched once per month throughout the year.

Lost bus passes

If you have lost your pass and need a replacement you may need to pay a small fee.
