How to apply for a bus pass
An application form can be downloaded from the menu on the right.
You will need to send one recent passport-size photograph and a photocopy of the relevant evidence. Follow this link for information about acceptable proof of eligibility.

If you have any questions or problems with you application, phone 0845 612 2422 or email assistedtravelsodc@capita.co.uk. Your bus pass will normally be posted to you within 10 working days.
How to apply for travel tokens
You
need to complete an application form to claim for travel tokens - you can download this from the menu on the right.
Once we have received your request for travel tokens, together with any supporting documents, we will enter your details
onto our database, which is sent to National Transport Tokens (NTTL). They will dispatch your tokens by 2nd class recorded
delivery.
Royal Mail will need a signature, so if you are not at home, the postman will leave a card including
a telephone number for you to call to rearrange delivery. This must be done within 7 days, otherwise the tokens will be returned
to NTTL, and only reissued if you still require them.
Please note: tokens are despatched once per month throughout
the year
